Managing training nominations and completing related procedures.
Following up on travel order (ticketing) processes.
Managing financial commitments and claims related to training.
Coordinating conferences, seminars, workshops, and visits.
Managing financial guarantees.
Monitoring the Quality Management System, improving administrative processes, and developing the organizational structure of the General Administration.
Preparing the strategic plan, monitoring its implementation, and tracking annual reports for both the administration and the university.
Announcing the launch of the performance evaluation cycle.
Reviewing performance charters for university employees and approving or rejecting them.
Establishing a database for employee performance charters.
Announcing the mid-year review period.
Building a database for final performance evaluations of university employees.
Receiving, reviewing, and processing grievances related to performance evaluations.
