His Excellency, the University President, Prof. Dr. Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Tamimi, launched the "Testahel" Employee Loyalty Program on Wednesday morning, the 15th of Rajab, 1446 AH, during the annual recognition ceremony "Contribution and Loyalty." This initiative aims to offer a wide range of exclusive benefits and services to the university's staff, including faculty members, administrative employees, retirees, and their families.
The " Testahel " program aims to achieve several main objectives, including enhancing employee loyalty. The program seeks to increase employee satisfaction with their work at the university by providing incentives, benefits, and perks that foster stronger work engagement. This is achieved through promoting a sense of belonging and loyalty among employees, leading to increased productivity and effectiveness. It also supports local institutions by contributing to the local economy through partnerships with various companies and commercial establishments.
The " Testahel " program offers a wide variety of exclusive benefits and services to the university's members, such as discounts on hotels. University members can take advantage of special offers and discounts on hotel bookings at various local and international hotels. The program also provides medical benefits, offering discounts on medical checkups and treatments at hospitals and medical centers cooperating with the university. There are also offers at retail stores, where members can enjoy discounts on a wide range of products and services at various stores, restaurants, and cafés.
The program covers all members of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University and their families, including faculty members, administrative and technical staff, and retirees. University members can access the program's benefits by showing their employee ID cards at participating commercial partners.
