The General Administration of Human Resources organized a three-day training course for new employees at the university, conducted by Mr. Zaid bin Abdullah Al-Rifai. This course is part of the new employee orientation program initiated by the General Administration as part of its development projects.
The program covered various topics essential for new employees, such as an overview of the university, rights and job duties, among others. On the second day, the Cybersecurity Administration contributed by providing an informative session on cybersecurity for the new employees.
On the third day, there was an open meeting with the General Administration of Human Resources. Mr. Hamoud bin Badi Al-Harbi, the General Director of Human Resources, delivered the opening speech, welcoming the new colleagues. He conveyed congratulations from the university's president, Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Hilal Al-Talhi, on their successful job competition and commencement of work at the university. Mr. Al-Harbi offered administrative advice, encouraged diligent work, and urged them to enhance their job skills. The program also included an overview of services provided by the General Administration and addressed any inquiries from the new employees.
The program concluded with the distribution of certificates and the presentation of symbolic gifts in celebration of their recruitment.
