The General Administration of Human Resources concluded the"WA’ED Track" program for leadership development in partnership with the Leadership Development Academy at the Institute of Public Administration. The program aims to prepare promising leaders at the university and qualify them by honing their leadership skills to achieve one of the university's key strategic goals, which is the development of human capital.
