6- Follow up on the quality management system, improve administrative processes, and develop the general management structure.
7- Preparing the strategic plan, following up on its implementation, and following up on the annual reports of the administration and the university.
8- Announcing the start of the job performance course.
9- Reviewing performance charters for university employees and working to approve or reject them.
10- Building a database of performance charters for university employees.
11- Announcing the semi-annual review period.
12- Building a database for the final evaluation of university employees.
13- Receiving, studying and examining job performance evaluation grievances.
