Administrative Human Resources Operations Administration
Responsibilities
1- Supervise job vacancies and occupied posts.
2- Advertise job opportunities.
3- Coordinate with the Ministry of Civil Service, receive and submit job applications to relevant committees for selection and announcement of results, carry out employment procedures through competition or direct nomination from the Ministry of Civil Service and allocate posts according to local needs.
4- Process decisions regarding commissioning work outside official hours, etc.
5- Process and disburse recruitment decisions after completion of mission, and issue travel orders for missions outside the city.
6- Process deductions in case of absence and issue decisions on police and court notifications.
7- Procedure for combining the service and disbursing the allowance and appointment allowance.
8- Advertise offers to concerned employees.
9- Preparing leave decisions of all kinds and the subsequent procedure according to the type of leave.
10- Process employees’ leaves of absence in coordination with the Files and Records Section.
Promotions and Administrative Formations Section:
Responsibilities
1- Process promotion procedures in accordance with rules and regulations; allocate vacancies to eligible candidates after processing data and Process work transfer from/to the University.
2- Procedures for modifying jobs and submitting them to the Ministry of Civil Service, and the Ministry of Finance and keeping them for the Ministry of Civil Service.
3- Provide appointment and promotion posts for Saudi employees and contractors.
4 - Registration of updated and amended university jobs in the budget of each year, arrangement and numbering, coding and reporting to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Civil Service and follow-up registration.
5- Discuss the University’s needs in academic and administrative jobs in coordination with the Ministry of Finance.
