Scholarships Section
Responsibilities
The Scholarships Section undertakes the following procedures:
Grant scholarships for graduate studies at home and abroad.
- Extend scholarships for graduate studies at home and abroad.
- Terminate scholarships at home and abroad.
- Attend grantees’ meetings.
- Help office workers’ enrollment in higher education.
- Monitor grantees and office workers’ graduate studies.
- Pay, suspend and resume grantees’ benefits.
- Pay books and printing allowances to home grantees and students joining the University.
- Issue financial guarantees for accredited universities.
- Notify University authorities of acceptance or non-acceptance of candidates.
- Update the list of accredited universities
Training Section
Responsibilities
The Training Section has the following responsibilities:
Organize training sessions at home and abroad.
- Extend training at home and abroad.
- Terminate training at home and abroad.
- Nominate candidates for training at the Institute of Public Administration.
- Nominate candidates for seminars at the Institute of Public Administration.
- Monitor trainees and office workers’ graduate studies.
- Pay, suspend and resume trainees’ allowances.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding programs.
- Notify University authorities about acceptance or non-acceptance of candidates.
- Process trainees’ financial files.
Conferences and Symposia Section
Responsibilities
Process doctors, pharmacists, staff and technicians’ attendance of conferences, seminars, meetings and workshops.
- Issue travel orders.
